Conduct in house labor law and health and safety training seminar to Supervisors, Managers, Employees, and in both (Spanish/English) and cover Industry labor laws, safety Issues, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment and others as needed.
Conduct physical on-site walk-thru inspections regarding labor and safety compliance and or employee issues.
Interview workers at designated locations regarding concerns and or disputes for proactive compliance to avoid escalating to avoid State and Federal violations and or making corrections to stay in compliance and safe.
